Twitter: 1. Setup

Before you start drafting campaigns on the Twitter Ads Manager, you need to ensure that each market has a proper account set up.  

If you have a new market that needs an Ad account, reach out to our Twitter Account Manager. 
Upon opening the ad account for the first time, select your country and time zone. Select the country whose currency you'd like to be billed in, and the time zone you'd like your campaign results to show up in. You cannot change these values once you've created your account.

Next, make sure that the Ad account is whitelisted for Reach & Frequency reporting metrics and Frequency capping on the campaign. If this is not the case yet, reach out to our Twitter account manager.

In addition, since we use a Global Alpro page, no Twitter page needs to be set up. You can find more information here.
