The naming convention for Bynder is available within the template under the sheet called Creatives. If this is the first time using our template or you need access, please read the following article first: Getting started with our naming convention
In the Creatives / Bynder sheet you will find a table where each row represents the name of a creative asset. In the first column the filename to be used will be generated based on your input in the remaining columns on the right. In essence, the filename consists of all the values in these columns collated and separated with an underscore (_). In some cases values are replaced with normalized abbreviations used internally.

(1) A toolkit name is defined based on certain rules. For more information, read article What is the (sub)toolkit and how should I fill it in the naming convention?
(2) There is one exception on the data format for the 'Country' field, being creative masters where the value should be 'master' and not follow the ISO 3166 Alpha-2 standard.
(3) Only required if the value for the creative format is either 'video' or 'HTML5' (display banners). For video formats the length of the video in seconds should be inserted. For HTML5 display bannering the resolution should be inserted (e.g. 300x250, 725x90, ...). For all other ad formats this field can be left empty.
(4) A hero product is the main product a creative is promoting at the center stage. For example this excludes any product featured only in a product range end shot of a video ad or in small at the bottom of a static creative.
